Service begins with tread depth mapping (all four + spare where applicable), pressure & TPMS status, circumference / stagger verification for xDrive and M variants, and a full wheel inspection. Irregular patterns (feathering, saw-tooth, inner shoulder drop, cupping) are documented before any adjustments.
Mounting is performed on a lever-less system to avoid stress on bead and finish. Assemblies are Road Force balanced; high spots indexed and matched to low radial points on the wheel to suppress harmonic vibration. We target < 10 lbs variance for a calm chassis at highway speed.
Run-flat and performance compounds are evaluated for heat cycle fatigue and structural compromise after zero-pressure events. Where alignment corrections are indicated, we baseline camber, toe, and thrust to factory or requested performance specs (street, fast road, track bias).
Post-service we log: tread depths, Road Force values, pressure set, torque confirmation, and any advisory notes for future rotation or alignment intervals—giving you a clear forward maintenance picture.

Each session begins with a rolling intake: tread depth indexing (inner / center / outer), pressure & TPMS verification, wheel & barrel inspection, xDrive circumference compliance check, and baseline camber/toe capture. Irregular patterns (inner shoulder collapse, diagonal feather, cupping, saw-tooth) are decoded before corrections so the final spec set directly addresses the root cause of premature wear or vibration.
We then settle suspension (including multi-stage coilover or adaptive systems), apply target specs (factory, fast street, or track bias on request), and validate thrust line, setback, and steering axis inclination. Critical fasteners are torqued to documented values; final readings are archived for longitudinal trend comparison at future visits.
